There are only TWO shopping days left until Christmas! Can you believe it?! I’ve been trying to tell you since September to get going on your holiday shopping and even shared some great gift guides! But I know how things go; time just has a way of slipping away from you, especially when you’re working with a deadline like Christmas. You feel like there’s tons of time left and then all of a sudden, not even Amazon Prime can save you! If you’re still in search of a gift or two that will be ready on Christmas morning, I’ve got you covered with these last-minute gift ideas!

Last-Minute Spouse Gifts:
If your significant other is still in need of a gift, here’s an idea: a date-of-the-month box! I came up with twelve date-night ideas and printed each on a piece of paper. Some dates, I included a gift card that I purchased online and printed out, but most dates are just ideas. I put them in an accordion file folder with twelve compartments, but you can use envelopes or even just staple them together!
If you need some date ideas, I have dinner at some favorite restaurants, an escape room, an at-home date night with a murder mystery game, and hitting mini golf/driving range (across the street from a Mexican restaurant) on my list!
Last-Minute Gifts for Parents:
My parents and in-laws are all getting Storyworth for Christmas! Every week for a year, Storyworth sends a writing prompt to your recipient. They reply via email with stories and photos from their life, and at the end of the year, Storyworth sends you a gorgeous hardcover memoir! I love this as a gift idea because it preserves your loved one’s stories for future generations and the questions are great for unlocking old memories!
What makes this a great last-minute gift is that it’s entirely online! You can order it and have it ready to gift in literal minutes. For such a meaningful gift, it comes together really quickly. Using my link will save you $10!
Gifts for the Bookworm:
I love my Book of the Month subscription and it would make an awesome gift! You can choose from 3- 6- or 12-month subscriptions and, since it is completely online, you can complete your shopping in minutes! Every month, your recipient will receive an email with their book choices. A few days later, the book arrives on their doorstep, ready to read! I like this as a gift idea because books are personal; giving one as a gift is risky unless you are really confident the recipient will enjoy the book! Gifting a BOTM subscription lets them choose their own book but the gesture still seems more personal than a Barnes and Noble gift card.
Gifts for the Super Fan:
Have you heard of Cameo? Celebrities, sports stars, and other notable personalities will record custom video messages for your gift recipient! If you have a hard-to-shop-for teen on your list, get them a Cameo from their favorite TikTok personality or send your sister-in-law a message from her favorite Housewife (or Bachelor) star.
Last-Minute Gifts for the Fashionista:
Give them access to the world’s largest shared closet of designer items! Rent the Runway is an awesome gift idea for someone who is fashion conscious. As an added bonus, their style upgrade won’t add to the fast-fashion landfill! She’ll receive her choice of designer clothes and accessories each month, wear them, upload them to her Instagram, and then send them back for a new batch! Everyone wins.
Gifts for the Home Decor Guru:
Freshen up their decor every month with a floral delivery subscription to The Bouqs! I have used The Bouqs almost exclusively for my floral delivery needs for YEARS and have always been pleased! Your gift recipient can choose their own bouquet every month or choose to receive a seasonal favorite.
Ideas for families:
This suggestion really works for anyone, but EXPERIENCE GIFTS! These are my favorite to give and to receive. There’s nothing to clutter up my house, the gift giver can come with us, it gets us out of the house and to an activity, and it makes for a great memory for our kids! Some experience gifts on my kids’ wish lists are zoo memberships, petting farm, butterfly garden, and the discovery museum!
If all else fails..
If you truly are at the deadline and are out of ideas, get them a gift card!
